Username glow?

I bought the username glow and username underline like a few months ago, and its not working now. Can I get a refund?

Glow Username 04-09-2006, 10:06 AM Never [Remove Log] 900.00
Italic User Title 04-03-2006, 09:06 PM Never [Remove Log] 1,000.00

^^ Thats the transaction logs.

EDIT2: I just noticed that I was using FF that was why it wasn't showing. But the underline thing doesn't work, or does it not work in conjunction with the glow? Anyways I would like a refund for both if that is possible.

Look under your username, x10 Memeber is italiced, thats what you bought

Thats wierd, I use Opera and dont see it :S

The glow thing is an IE-only CSS "filter". Won't work in any other browser, unless they choose to implement it.
