Using mail() Function

Hi, I have a free ad free hosting account with x10hosting.

My user name is wrhs2002.

My question is:
How can I get the mail() function enabled for my site? I wanted to create a simple form that members for a reunion can enter information and then have the information mailed to my email address. I can get my site to show up, but when I hit submit it tells me that the mail() function has been disabled.
