Hi all. I've entered the x10 name servers into my account at goDaddy, and entered the domain name
into my account settings here, but my domain name will not take me to the site here.

domain name: aigaming.net

x10 account: fpsgaming.x10hosting.com

Did you create a new add-on domain in your cPanel?
If you created the domain within the past 24 hours the new DNS settings may not have been activated yet.

No, i haven't. I don't know what that is.
I entered it in my account, and it shows up in the "detailed hosting account information" area.

Log into your cPanel at "yoururl:2082" than navigate to "Domain Settings" from the index. Simply select "New" and fill out the required information.

I am having a very similar problem. I also have purchased a domain from GoDaddy.com and I wish to host it through x10Hosting. I have changed DNS nameservers and I see a However, it appears that I have at least done something correctly as I see a location /public_html/adoptbabyi.com and the
"Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server"

when I enter my www.adoptbabyi.com url. However, I cannot seem to upload my frontpage pages to the correct location. I had thought that I had properly set up the url as an add on domain, but I do not see it in my list. I cannot even seem to find the above html file.

I am, however, able to create an email address with @adoptbabyi.com, so I'm pretty certain that I'm close. I just need to know exactly where I need my files in order for the index.htm file to show up when someone types in adoptbabyi.com.

domain: adoptbabyi.com
main domain: adoptbaby1.pcriot.com

Thank you for the assistance.

That one is on us. It's due to the recent work being done here, give it some time and it should correct it's self. Also, did you login to www.x10hosting.com/account under account details, select the option to use your own domain, and enter adoptbabyi.com here, and also set it as an addon domain as listed above by sync?

If so, wait it out.

I did set the add on for the domain, but there are no add on domains listed below. Is this a problem? Thanks for the assistance and I'll look for things to clear up soon!

That's too bad, but it's free hosting, so I'll try to set it up that way for now.

Edit:
I still haven't given up on trying to add on the domain. Still can't seem to add on my domain. I'm getting the error "Error from park wrapper: adoptbabyi.com is already configured." I'm not seeing the domain listed on the add on domain list. Getting very close to going elsewhere for my hosting.

I'm getting the same error, too. The most difficult thing is that my domain, vaaal.net, forwards to a CPanel/Apache success page, however, I can't find out where the page is located on my server. Almost every directory in my server has the x10 index.html file in it, yet it's not using it. From what I can tell, the location has a cgi-bin folder in it, too.

I did set it up a few times, but screwed up twice in setting the directory, since the instructions in CPanel were incorrect. Apparently I'm not the only one who is a victim of this CPanel glitch.

Now what's making me angry is that I can't pull out now unless I wanted to completely change my DNS settings again.

I love x10, so I'm going to hang on for a couple days. I just need someone to reset my CPanel.
