Using webmail with Mozilla Thunderbird

i tried configuring manually my webmail account with Mozilla thunderbird by using the settings it says in the cPanel, but whenever i try to send, i get this:

what does it mean, and how do i fix it?

Do you have as it says SMTP Authentication turned on?
