Trying to upload files getting very intermittent results. These are the errors I have been getting.

425 All reserved TCP ports are busy.
You are user number 60 of 60 allowed.
Multiple Timeouts, sometimes file does send, even though it times out.

I do have a tech background. ftp from cpanel works, but unable to ftp from any of my Linux machines, or my Windows machine using ftp from command line. Also unable to list directories, get connection refused. Looks like this is an issue only affecting some of the X10hosting servers. I just created a new account, and it works fine. Most of the issues I see with the other system is that the transfer starts, but never signals the sender that the file transfer was completed, even though the file may get copied, the connection times out on the senders system. I'm guessing the connection remains open, hence the reason most people are getting the message about too many users logged in. The X10hosting server that I am having issues with is xo7.x10hosting.com. Reading the forums it looks like various users on other various x10hosting servers are having the same issues. This has been working fine for me for a year or so now, but started having issues a few weeks back. Am guessing something has happened or changed a few weeks back.
