Uhm, hello im trying to install VB and this is what im getting

You have to wait for your intermediate upgrade to go into effect. Updates run once per hour, after the update you need to wait for the next Apache restart which is a few times per day.

okay something is not write i installed the forum...but now the admincp dont work..please tell me you can help with that

Okay guys i installed nukevolution
And this is what i get when i type in /admin.php

and it is in the ftp
