Vbulletin Script Problems

There is really only one problem i am facing since the php upgrade. I am using the Lotus Server, Intermediate php. My forum functions properly but in the site Vbulletin ctrl panel I can't use a lot of the forum functions any more that are very important, like the attachment manager, forum manager, style manager etc.

Do I need to reinstall the forum script and start over?
