I was trying to create a vBulletin website and then BOOM. My hosting account is suspended... WTF? Is vBulletin not allowed? If it is not, please undo my suspension to my account and I will delete vBulletin and put phpBB.

I can confirm it without even checking; the filter that suspended this looks for a known dgt license key (specifically, [#]DGT_LICENSE[#]). There's no way vBulletin would utilize this, nor would they utilize keygen.php and validator.php, so you can stay suspended.
