When I log into my cpanel, I try to create a MSQL database but the page takes 4 minutes to load and sometimes comes back as not responding.
I've cleared my browser history/cache/cookies but it's still going very slow.
When I finally create the database and install my website, my website runs sooo slowly that it actually times out.
What is going on?!?!
