Vibrant ads

Hi! Since a view days now I am noticing Vibrant ads on my site (easyvoc.com) that underline text and pop up when the cursor moves over the word. Is this a new feature x10 has implemented?
I don't use any Vibrant script and I can turn it on and off when I remove the x10hosting ad (which I have turned back on of course).
