Hi all, Please visit my site and say suggestions for improving. (like color, ad placement etc.,) Its a Indian video site, the videos are embedded using the code provided by the youtube.com my site is http://youtubeindia.co.cc I am eager to hear your suggestions

You shouldn't call it YouTube India! - YouTube will probably get angry if your site becomes popular and sue you for using their name. Try something along the lines of "IndiaTube Videos" or something like that - that should be a little less provocative. The layout is good, but you might want to compress it a little to make the site more fluid and not seem to bounce from one corner to the next.

Other than the potential name issues, I like the site. 8.5/10

Definately large issues with copyright infringment on the name. Like the site design, good use of colour and layout. 9/10 Just change the name so you don't get sued.
