Videos on server are not streaming to my website

I have 3 videos on 10xhosting. I have placed the embed codes on my website. They were working fine for a while & are not not working. Website address where videos should be streaming: http://www.amtutoring.com/3/rsvp.htm

Is there anything wrong with your servers? Why are my videos not streaming on my website? How can I make this work properly?
