Visa Gift Cards

OK on this get paid to do offers site it has just added a Visa Gift Card payment option. I am not sure how the visa gift card works can someone explain this to me? Also how old do you have to be to use it?

It's just like a gift card to a store, but it can be used anywhere that accepts regular Visa credit cards (maybe some limitations, but I haven't heard of any). It's pretty much cash only in a more secure form, and as far as I know there is no age limitations: I recieved one for my 13th or 14th birthday and was able to use it fine on my own.
