Is there any way to make Windows XP look like Windows Vista? By that I mean the bottom toolbar and all that other cool Vista stuff.

There is a cool application called Vista Transformation Pack. It changes the whole of XP into Vista. Just try it out. I think it is the best out there.

I'm using Vista Transformation Pack 8, it has all the goodies of Vista (including, to an extent, Aero) and also runs fine on my reasonably old PC. :)

use the vista trans pack from cystalxp.net

There is also a way to completly the visual style on your computer.
You must be running windows xp service pack 2

download the patch uxtheme.dll from http://www.softpedia.com/get/Deskto.../UXTheme-Patch-For-Windows-XP-SP2-Final.shtml
download the replac3r from http://www3.telus.net/_/replacer/
Run it and drag the old and new uxtheme.dll files into it. (the old one is found is c/windows/system32/ (then restart your computer)

Then go to themexp.com or search for windows xp visual styles
Find an Uber theme or style and download it.
open the file - your display menu should pop up. click apply. then find a matching background.

if you did it right, your computer will look awesome.

Then you should finish it off with ROCKET DOCK!
download it from http://rocketdock.com/
you can change the style and icons of the rocket dock.

(I turn off desktop icons when using rocket dock)

This makes any computer look amazing.

If you're willing to sacrifice performance for aesthetics (I won't), then check out Vista transformation packs.. make sure to make a backup of your computer just in case it ruins itself

It doesn't seem to slow down my computer, and I've only got 512MB RAM and a Pentium 4 processor, as well as (dis)integrated graphics.
