Well hey guys i just bought the D3 Dedicated Vps Package.
I bought the Vps for botting my runescape account, but i have the problem that it is running terribly slow pretty much in slow motion.
I think its because of the 600mhz Cpu, but im not really sure.
And if its because of the Cpu is it possible to upgrade my Cpu?
Would be nice if anyone could help me out :)

Well, if you take a look at
VPS Dedicated Details
you will notice that available resources, (including CPU speed), are increased with the D5, D7, and D9 plans, so, yes, it is possible to upgrade the CPU by upgrading to D5, D7, or D9 plan.
However, I would suggest taking a hard look at some things other than processor speed as possible sources of your current issue.
To begin with, are you currently at or near your current memory allocation?

Go to your VPS Control Panel , login, click on your Hostname (it is a link), and you will see information about your available resources and resource usage including memory usage.

uhm its using 740mb ram which is about 90% of my guaranteed and 50% of my bursted ram :/
idk if it matters but i could turn down the amount of ram the bot uses, would it make a difference?

In my experience with VPS, (about 18 months now), I have found that when memory usage is at or near the maximum allocated amount the performance of the VPS seriously deteriorates. I have upgraded several times to increase my memory resources. If I was in your situation and experiencing less than optimal VPS performance and discovered that I was using most of my allocated memory I would either find a way to reduce memory usage or upgrade to increase available memory. This is all based on my personal experience and may or may not resolve your particular issue.
