Just wanted to let everyone here that writes their script locally, and then uploads to x10 to test know that developing will go a lot faster if u just install wamp5 (google it).. You can then run php and mysql on your local windows machine, so developing will be a lot faster ;)

I use xamplite since i can carry my work on my pendrive and do the development activity were ever i am. I just need only a system to do it since i have the server in my pendrive itself.

XAMPP and XAMPP Lite both make for excellent development environments. You can config the crap out of it. And it's stable as anything. More stable than Windows, as hard as it is to understand. ;)

Yeah I use XAMPP for all my programming, If I do want to upload it I normally upload the final version after all the BETA versions on my PC.

Personally I use Xampp but I only came across it by accident while I was searching for Wamp on Google although they both do the same things.

Do you mean the server can be run from a pendrive? Under windows OS? That is the perfect solution for me... I have used portable firefox, but I never heard about a portable server... I must try it
