Want to access portal... Keep getting redirected to Cpanel

I received my final warning for the suspension of my account and I want to unsuspend. I logged in by accessing the portal page, but it simply redirects to my Cpanel. Do you know why this is and how can I unsuspend myself?

I show you as being unsuspended and your site (Wordpress / balloons) loads fine for me.

If you are getting the Suspended Page, try clearing your browser history and cache.

And once in cPanel , there should be an "Account Details" link at top that should get you to the Portal.
