I would like to buy a VPS account for a year or two.
Now, the problem is that I have only a Liberty Reserve account - not Paypal.
I cannot register for Paypal here in Ghana.
Is it possible to pay you using Liberty Reserve? Otherwise what advice do you give?

I just took time to read your packages and conditions and would want to find out
one thing before I sign up:

1. Does x10VPS allow WordPress plugins? I will be using about 6 or 7 plugins with my WordPress installation.
If it does not allow plugins, then I may have to consider the other options that your have.

You know, I attempted to upgrade WordPress 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 through Cpanel and it caused my account with x10 free hosting
to be suspended for exceeding resource limits. The site is not yet active but it has already consumed 32 MB.
What happens when visitors start pouring in from around the world and a plugin like the one on video is put to heavy use?

Kindly let me know so that I will make a final request for a Proforma Invoice.

You will want to take a look at the VPS TOS if you have not done so already.
Yes, WordPress plugins are allowed. I have multiple WordPress installations and various plugins on my VPS and have never had any difficulties of any kind. You will have far more resources available on a VPS than were available on free hosting. The exact amount of those resources determined by the VPS package you select.
