want to resolve my suspended account

I want to resolve my suspended account.As my hosting account is being suspended because iam uploading a mass mailer script in my server actually iam not aware of this term of x10 hosting i know its my fault but now i want to activate my account and i will delete the mass mailer script from my server.

So, please i request you to activate my hosting account so that i can delete the script and make my site running.
