Try using a different browser. And make sure you enter a valid domain name during the second step. I just tried and I got to Step 3 (with the billing cycle information).
That isn't working either because it wants me to create and account or log in with an existing account first. I can't access the page to create an account.
I tried different browsers. This has been going on for a week now. I just haven't posted hoping that it would clear up. Hopefully it will get fixed, after all I'm willing to pay
