Unfortunately if your country is in the blacklist, we can't offer service - we don't have a way to manually create accounts, and we can't bypass the country block to do so anyways. The best we can advise is to check back periodically to see if the blacklist has been changed to allow India to signup, although there's no guarantee that this will happen, or when it would if it does.
