So i saw it, i gotta say I loved it! it was awsome. I saw the origanl last week, and it was also good. But if you see the orgial you can pick out ALOt of things that Spilburg stole from it lol..But i loved and would see it again. my gf didnt like it that much cuase she hates scary movies, so she was in my lap the whole time..not a bad thing lol

I saw it last night and loved it. I'm a huge fan of anything to do with aliens, so this was a no brainer. Ok, so the acting wasn't that great, but the effects were amazing and the cinematography was beautiful. Definitely one I'll buy for the DVD collection.

Just saw it, and I must say, it was fantastic, or, well, a Spielburg film, I guess. I'll probably end up buying it for a dvd collection, as well.

The effects were FANTASITIC....the train part o my gawd, scared the crap out of me. It was on fire and it was freaky...it was loud too...like when they made that low base sound.
