Warning: mail() has been disabled for security reasons..." need help.

I'm trying to use a simple mail script on http://littlejimmystyle.x10hosting.com/contact.php mailing through http://littlejimmystyle.x10hosting.com/sendeail.php and I'm getting the error message "Warning: mail() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/littleji/public_html/sendeail.php on line 60" I know nothing about php configuration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Request upgrade to Intermediate PHP. State reason you wish to have upgrade.
• Once you receive e-mail stating it has been approved. Upgrade takes 6-12 hrs to happen.
