warnings after add on setup.

staff hello need some help i keep getting warnings after add on setup. here is the warnings that i get

You can CHMOD files with the File Manager in cPanel and with most modern FTP clients.

Synkc i have tried that and the warning is still there and now i am getting a mysql server error????

So you tried to CHMOD esdsc_whepro/includes/configure.php to 644 or 444 and you are still getting that error?
