Why wouldn't it be? It's just linking to other sites. I'm not using any copyright material either.

Probably because the server was down, it works for me.

Doesn't look bad site, actually I like it! Although the black navigation bar should spread across the whole width like the blue bit below. Maybe put some little thumbnails next to the channel names - give it a bit more colour. CUrrently it looks a little plain. Also maybe make the list of whats new and in the works slightly bigger.
