web disc query

I've been using web disc for some time with no trouble .. but now I can only use it if I first log into my Cpanel account .. otherwise a message comes up with "documents not available'

Having to log in with your cPanel user information is normal. There may be some features where you can automatically make it log in if you save your username and password, but otherwise, I have to log in with my cPanel information whenever I want to use Webdisk as well.
