Please could somebody help. Have followed Video tutorial exactly and have downloaded relevant web disk to my pc, however when I go to open it up I get the following messages:

Could not find WebClient service. "I click OK"

then...

There was a problem connecting to the WebDisk service. Please make sure ports 2078 (SSL) and 2077 are not firewalled.

On the CPanel page it has the same warning in red:

Note: Ports 2078 (SSL) or 2077 (non-SSL) will need to be allowed on your computer's firewall to use the Web Disk.

Could someone please assist and let me know how to do this please. Be aware I am running Windows 2000!!!

Have you checked your router/DSL modem for it's port blocking settings if these ports are blocked you'll need to unblock them. For information on unblocking those ports on your individual device you'll need to refer to its user manual. What fire wall do you have installed on your computer? You will need to go into its settings and change it so those ports aren't blocked. For information on how to do this please refer to the help files provided with your software.
