web hosting account cannot access mail or cpanel

I have a new hosting accounting and cannot access mail for the second day, and it seems now cpanel is a broken link.

I tried visiting cPanel and it seems to be loading up right now. It was down a few minutes ago however. Try http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 or the address Boss gave you. You can log into your mail from there.
