Web hosting account has been restored to normal but still not open.

Go to http://x10hosting.com/control and check your suspension reason under Hosting --> Suspensions.

Does the account panel say that your hosting account is active?

If you are able to unsuspend yourself, it may take a while for the unsuspension to process.
