Web Page showing 403 Forbidden error

is showing 403 Forbidden error, the upgrade was said to be completed via: http://status.x10hosting.com

Some servers are having issues (including Xo2 regarding MySQL), it seems that this is a known issues and should be fixable, let's hope ASAP.

I am still unable to access the web page. If I try to create any new folders, I get an access denied in panel.
Any ideas?
