Cant get the forum in file manager public html to show on yahoo-haterz.com

Also cannot access control panel and apache http is currently offline?

It looks like you're missing files and such. I suggest deleting all those files and re-installing from scratch.

if i create a new account can my domain be used still?

well if you look at error, you're script is using eval witch x10 dosent allow on free accounts, you need to talk to corey or someone.

I had the same error after the php change. Go to your account management panel and ask for a change of your PHP configuration to intermediate php configuration. you may still have the basic php configuration which has a lot of php functions disabled. You might have to wait for an hour or so after the change is applied for the whole php change to work.
