Web site and cpanel not working 3days in row

What's the problem I have not been able to view the cpanel and the all my pages will not load.:eek4:

It's happening again. it worked for about five hours.:happysad:

What is your web address? The username I'm showing is 'wicked1' and the site that goes with it has nothing on it.
