web site down for 4 days now

is this due to the server switch? email has been down for 5 days, website down for 4 that i know of. thanks

cleared my history, and the website is back up, but can't get email to load, any ideas?? thanks!

when i use my outlook, it's asking for the username and password, which i've never changed, and it has always logged in fine until the server change. also, when I login with http://www.wilmingtoninsurancequotes.com:2096 and I type in my username and password, it says "login failed". didn't know if it had to do with the server switch, as I haven't changed my username or passwords since i set the account up. thanks for the help!!

also when i try to log in to cpanel at www.wilmingtoninsurancequotes.com/cpanel it is giving me a 404 error page
