Dear Support Team.
For the last week my website has not been working past the front-end screen. I have not made any changes to cause this. I read you were doing some major upgrades/maintenance, and thought this was the cause and the problem would rectify itself quickly.
However, at the end of the week, I find that the website is still not working past the initial index.html. Furthermore, I cannot use FrontPage to connect to the remote site as I previously used to. When I checked to see if Server Extensions were still present, I discovered that I could not log into the cPanel. I can still log into my general account details area, as well as the forum.
Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. My username is tharu, and the site in question is http://tharu.x10hosting.com/
