web site not loading

For a week or so now I have been unable to load my website. to be fair I have managed once in the last week.

Can you look into this for me please

I just ran some checks on your domain and it appears that it is not configured to point to our servers. Make sure that your domain points to our servers by setting the DNS servers on the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

strange that as I've not changed anything and it's been ok in the past.
It's nearly 2 weeks since no website.

I think I'll move on

As mentioned, your nameservers (which are not x10's) point somewhere other than your server on x10.

That is not x10's fault.
