Hi there. I do not know if anyone else is having the same problem as me, but when I create a new WebDisk account, then save the drive (Map the Netowork Drive) it tells me to choose a certificate to open with, which there is none, so i select cancel, then it asks me if i want to view its default view because internet explorer cannot open it, then I select OK. After that It gives me another error which reads that it is unable to open. Someone please help.

I can't remember exactly what was involved in it's creation, but I know that if I ever use WebDisk now, it warns me that there is a problem with the site's security certificate. Just click Yes at that point, to allow it to proceed anyway.

P.S. I use the Firefox browser, but WebDisk isn't viewed in that - for me WebDisk is viewed in Windows Explorer (in WinXP).

This is a different issue. You get this error with Windows XP, and after proceeding after verifying the certificate, it works.

gpchristianrock's problem sounds exactly like the one I had when I was using Windows Vista several months ago.

Yes, I just thought I'd throw my info in as an additional bonus!

I have also tried and failed with WebDisk in Vista. An admin just said it doesn't play nice with it, and that was the end of it. Maybe you could find an explorer like FTP client?

So, gpchristianrock, I think zen-r's extra information is subliminally telling you to either (1) "upgrade" to Windows XP, an operating system with far less compatibility issues, or (2) wait until Windows 7, as it should be fixed by then.

If you're interested, you can read about my more specific experiences with Vista here:
