Webdisk trouble

I keep getting the IE cant open in web folder,then the port issue prompt.All ports are open both on my pc and router,and i even tried Firefox n IE both fail whith same msg.I had webdisk setup and running fine before a few months ago on here.So not sure if the issue is my side or server side any help is appreciated.

Is this for the online (i.e. yoursite.com:2078) or offline (accessed through My Network Places) webdisk?

Online,if i use the url through setup it times out with the generic firefox "taking too long to respond"msg

Same problem with both methods. Maybe it's not open because of windows firewall.
