Webmail DB Error

A fatal error has occurred
DB Error: connect failed
Details have been logged for the administrator.

Try that when i try logging into webmail with both of my addressses ive specified in cpanel. Please have a look and repair as i think its an issue above my control

Are you trying to login into squirrel mail? Also, I suggest you try out google apps email as it doesn't take your webspace. http://google.com/a

Is this all you guys can say, use another program?

You offer three ways to read email. Two are broken. Probably nothing more than resetting permissions or dbhostnames .

But all you can say is "Use google apps"?

Why don't you fix the problem ?

Installers broken? Fix them? Of course not. Just tell the person to manually install.

Technically, I only recommend the program because it does not take up space and receiving emails is much more easier. You do not have to take my advice but it is an alternative, has always worked for me... I will bring this issue up to the admins and they should be able to fix it..
