Webmail - Internal server error 500

I was attempting to access my webmail when I received a page that showed "Internal server error 500" with a message that says "User "nordikte" is over quota." Why am I receiving this error?

This issue has been resolved. I went back into my control panel and now it's allowing me to get into my webmail.
