webmail problem

Hmm... well, for what purpose are you installing a webmail client anyways?

I think the server might default any access to the mail part of your account to the :2095 port (webmail), so when your software checks something with the mail, the server reacts this way. Not sure though, I've never seen this happen before...

i think the problem is becuase of the alossoft.x10hosting.com/webmail/ part because the server will see that and redirect

try naming it something else

Yea like Chris S said the /webmail address automatically forwards you to cPanel webmail. I'm not sure if you are able to disable this or not. I also know you could always set it up as a subdomain without any problems. Like forward webmail.blah.x10hosting.com to a folder called wm or something like that in your root. As long as the folder name isn't webmail cPanel won't forward you to its webmail service.
