Webmail Problems

For the past couple of days, I've been having trouble logging in to Horde webmail. I get the following error message.

A fatal error has occurred

DB Error: connect failed

Details have been logged for the administrator.


Any ideas??

This is due to the MySQL changes that took place. An admin will need to fix this for you as it's something server-side.

@jtwhite: He is on Stoli.

Also to point out, my account on Lotus is giving the same error. Horde looks as though it needs to be fixed on all the accounts.

Thanks, good to know I'm not the only one. How do I get Admin to help? When I want to submit a ticket, I end up here at the forums? :nuts:

I can escalate the ticket for you. The last time we moved MySQL Horde broke pretty much immediately for everyone.
