WebMail, smtp, pop

i installed the WebMail module for phpnuke, what do i put in for smtp and pop?
Can users get there own email address through this?

is the webmail modulr like the one that was in PHPnuke a while ago? If so then they could get their email.

You can use mail.your-sub-domain.x10hosting.com for both pop & smtp thats what I use.

yea thats what i did richard and i can send email fine but i cant seem to recieve messages..
