Webpage Loading Prob

My webpage is taking a lot of time to load.
I have a free x10 hosting account & I am hosting the following website:
http://www.trpalace.co.cc

I have just installed the Bulletin board script but now for administrative work I want it to load faster. Sometimes it says the link is broken after taking too much time to load the page.
Can anyone give me a solution please??

Because of the amount of people on the free servers sometimes they can be quite slow, but that's what is expected of a free service. It'll be the same with every free hosting you use.
