Webpages are not directing to my webpages

The index pages for my domain and subdomain are not being redirected to them when you just enter the root url into the web browser and my custom 4** codes are not appearing when there is a 4** error. I have to force it to the particular webpage or it defaults to the x10hosting ones.

For the error pages, can we see your .htaccess file? That is where the problem usually lies.
