Website address not working

Hi,
I have created an account and uploaded a website to the public HTML folder. The website files show in Cpanel.
The address (URL) for the website should be whitley.x10host.com. When that is entered into any web browser... no site appears... only the generic "Website does not exist" X10hosting page shows. I have cleared the cash of each web browser used and restarted each of them. It had no effect in regards to displaying whitley.x10host.com. Why for is this problem?!? Please help! I have a website properly uploaded to x10hosting... I just need to know how to properly access it using the supplied URL. Thanks in advance for all help

Why is that? I originally asked for the sub-domaindomain of whitley.x10hosting.com.

They (x10hosting) do not issue sub-domains of [ x10hosing.com ] to free-hosting accounts anymore
