Website and cPanel don't work

My website doesn't work, and I can't log into the cPanel... it's the fourth time in a week! What is happening?

This is whats happning to me my site sayed missing files and stuff and it hasnt been working for like 2 weeks this is strange its doing this to every one i clicked on most of the peoples sites but they dont work.

Looking to see if theres anything going on with the server, Maybe somthings down I don't know maybe your password need to be reset, Maybe your back up still needs to be restored.

WHM is down and most services are going up/down all day today, if your site is missing or disapears its because of the server going up/down so dont worry about it jsut be patient all your files will be alright

The same problem again... My website is down more than 50% of the time!!!
First it was the TOS, the language, the ads... what is the problem now???
