cPanel, is broken for users on Chopin?

Also I do not know why my website is redirecting to a error 404 page.

There is a network migration in progress at the moment, which means that the SAN (the equivaalent of a huge hard drive that holds your site's files) may be temporarily disconnected from the server. The problem should be cleared up shortly.
