How do I back up my Website that i am currently developing in Joomla and how do i also back up my data base

Login to your cPanel. Under "Files" there should be an option called "Backup Wizard." Press the "Backup" button. Press "Full Backup" You will receive an email, notifying you that the backup is finished and that you can download it.
