website builder logon issue

Hello,

I am able to logon to cPanel and connect with my FTP client without problems. However, when I try either credential on Website Builder Logon page, I am told "Password (or login) is incorrect!" in red font. I'd appreciate your support again, thanks alot!

yes, i have tried both my cPanel info and my ftp info.
