Website builder problems (still..)

I get this error message when trying to access Website builder via my cPanel logon:

WARNING!!
username or password invalid

Any advice?

^^^ Are you entering your FTP username and password, NOT your cPanel username & password? You need to have created an FTP account to upload before you can use the Site Builder if I read it right.

Actually the fields should be already filled in with your website url, cPanel username, and then just type in the cPanel password.

Username and password already there when I access Website builder via cPanel. Still not working.
